After several stops at other dealers, and being met by rude, unhelpful staff, we headed to Karl Malone Polaris. There we met Mike and the rest of the staff who were extremely nice, well informed on the ATV we were looking for, and the most helpful group we've ever met. The bike we were there to look at was not finished being assembled (dangit)... But not too worry, they took just a few minutes to get it finished up so we could take a quick ride. SOLD. The best customer service in Utah, and even though it's a bit of a drive from our house, we'll be bringing all of our futurer business here!

Weather getting a new sled, or just getting a part or service, they are always friendly and helpful. Easy to do business with.
